  4. By submitting an order and payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. You also agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which form the entire agreement between You and Nexusquill.

DEFINITION OF TERMS

“Website” means all online content on Nexusquill website pages.

“Customer,” “You,” or “Yours” means and refers to you and any other person submitting an order to Nexusquill on your behalf.

“Company,” “We,” “Our,” or means and refers to Nexusquill, a company registered under the laws of the State, committed to providing you with the best possible service.

“Product or Services” refers to all services and products Nexusquill provides customers per their order.

“Order” means a customer’s order via phone or e-mail to purchase services or products provided by Nexusquill. Orders are confirmed by down payments via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal transfer.

OUR SERVICES

By placing an order, you agree that the purchased service is for your personal use only. All work is created by our in-house professionals. Ownership of the final deliverable is transferred as per agreed terms.

All services are delivered without any explicit or implied guarantees unless otherwise stated.

REFUND POLICY

We encourage all customers to carefully review our refund policy before placing an order. Refunds are only issued under specific conditions outlined below:

General Policy

NexusQuill offers up to a 100% refund under eligible circumstances. However, this is not unconditional and depends on the situation.

Refund Will Not Apply If:

  • A customized or special package has been selected
  • Revisions requested exceed the initial scope
  • No communication from the client for more than 6 weeks
  • The project is put on hold by the client
  • Company policies are violated
  • Incomplete or insufficient project brief is provided
  • The company undergoes operational changes or restructuring
  • The request is based on change of mind or unrelated disagreements
  • Multiple revisions have already been delivered

Change of Mind

You may request a 100% refund within 1 hour of placing your order, provided work has not started.
After this period, a 40% processing fee will be deducted.

Incompetent Delivery

If the delivered project does not align with your initial requirements:

  •  We offer *unlimited revisions* to meet your expectations
  • If the project still fails to meet agreed specifications, a *partial refund* will be issued upon mutual agreement

Late Delivery

We are committed to on-time delivery. However, in the unlikely event that we fail to deliver the requested service within the agreed timeframe—despite at least three documented attempts by you to contact us—a refund will be issued, provided that sufficient documentary evidence confirms the delay was attributable to our company.

Refund Time Frame

Refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of the delivery date. Any claims made after this period will not be considered.

Customers are responsible for noting and adhering to the refund claim deadline at the time of placing their order.

Refund Limitations

Our refund policy is applicable under the following conditions:

  • If project delivery is delayed due to minor errors such as typing, word count discrepancies, analysis, etc., refunds will be mutually negotiated. Our company will only

  • Nexusquill will only consider partial funds or discounts reserved for purchases in the future.

  • The company will not be held accountable for any delays from the client’s end. After the completion of the project, clients are not eligible for a 100% refund. The company solely has the right to decide regarding the refund amount, if applicable.
